Here is my setup-
I have a D16Y7 in a 89' crx with a Airesearch T3, 450cc dsm injectors, AEM EMS computer, Techedge wideband, B16 Throttlebody, No Intercooler

Here are the questions..

1. How many psi do you think is safe on this motor non-intercooled.. I have my ignition timing retarded alot.. I took the 440-turbo EMS map and retarded the timing ANOTHER 5 degrees in boost.. On my wideband im seeing air/fuel ratios of like 12.8-13.0 in boost.. Also I have routed my charge pipes so that I can install an intercooler in the front but right now there is a long pipe there and its right where the air can hit it.. The temps here in Baltimore right now are like 20-40 degrees so that charge pipe in the front is pretty cold but I know its not an intercooler..

2. What intake air tempetures are people getting on boosted motors and what tempeture number is starting to get a little to hot..
