I would like to know as well. The only reason why I would go with Exedy is because they are a lot cheaper. Ebay has good deals. But if I have the money, I rather go with ACT.

Just put the Exedy on last week with their 9lb flywheel. So far I have been happy. Pedal pressure is slightly greater and the flywheel seems to make a difference as well. Car seems slightly quicker and I definately notice it when downshifting. Got the whole setup for 545 shipped. http://www.coximport.com has pretty good prices for Exedy stuff.

I have an ACT clutch on my GSR and it is phenomenal. When I drove my friends stock GSR it felt so ridiculously soft i had problems getting used to it. I went with ACT just b/c of their reputation for making the best clutches. I was thinking about an Exedy clutch b/c Exedy makes the stock clutches for Hondas/Acuras. But I went with the ACT in the end.

Exedy organic and exedy flywheel is a very nice combo I dont think you would realy notice a difference with a 12 pound flywheel compared to stock.

just installed an exedy STOCK replacement clutch and an XACT 8.8 lb flywheel. Works very well, and chirp 3rd easily too. The stock replacement clutch seems so far to be handling the slight abuse very well.. You might want to consider that

I would go ACT over Exedy if you plan on doing anything other than normal, daily, in and out driving.

ACT HDSS is the way to go in terms of a mild upgrade.

i have heard nothing but good things about ACT, and i have heard both good and bad things about exedy. I have personally used a ACT 6 puck clutch and it seemed to work fine, no problems what so ever.... only complaint... too extreme for street use, more annoying then anything else. But i was able to chirp 4th with a stock LS integra.
