Default itr clutch vs. act

would a brand new itr clutch and 8 lb. flywheel perform better than an act street disc with heavy duty pressure plate (base clutch kit)?

That will depend on your engine set up.....personally i would go with the exedy flywheel with exedy organic clutch for anything under 230 whp....over that i would step up to the exedy cerametalic clutch kit with exedy flywheel....

for the stock itr clutch setup, does exedy make the disc and nkk make the pressure plate? this is what i am finding on all of my searches... if honda doesn't make these parts, who makes the flywheel, i have found XTD and some others.

IMO ACT is the best clutch maker out there.

We have a 1992 Si with a B16A2 and the ACT Xtreme P.P and Hybrid-lined street disc has lasted for over 4 years of hard use and it still grabs hard enough to make some sticky 195-50-15 tires chirp second gear and even third on occasion.

ACT owns.
