I was wondering has any one ever sprayed over a hunderd shot in there cars? Also what mods did you have and how did it run? I was wondering becasue I want to run low 11s atleast in a striped integra but its still a street car. I was going turbo but maybe nitrous could be for me. Any help you could give would be apprecitated. Im building the motor for something either way.Does anyone think its possible to have nitrous as the only power adder and run 10s?

 

I've heard of a 125 shot on a stock h22 block.

 

ryancivic2000 runs a 125 shot on a d16y8 pm him, he can tell you everything you need to know, if it's any consolation i ran a 75 shot on my y8 (haha)

Wow those are some big shots. Those cars have lasted for how many races and what did those cars run at that the track. Also what other mods do they have and are that at full weight.

 

It's all in the tuning. Hondata now offers nitrous control, and with proper tuning you should be able to handle a BIG shot [but preferably dry].

 

I've ran a 150 direct port in my EG LS/VTEC all i had was DC 4-1 Headers, Exhaust with 2 1/2 piping, NGK 7 heat rating, ACT extreme plate with a street disc and " HONDATA " after tuning it Dyno at 280.3 HP and 278.1 TQ with nitrous kickin in at 3500 rpm it peaked at 280 HP from 3800 to 8200 rpm Stock block and Stock GSR head the only trouble i really had was traction, broken axles, and diff's

 

Do a "nitrous" search, it should pull up this one cat with a TYPE-R --- he's got stock everything i think and putting 260ish to the wheels with a 100 shot!!!

i have a friend that i sold my tube chassis hatch to.
i built him a ls/vtec,i used oem parts,"nothing is after market in the motor.
we use stock inj."GSR" AND RAISED THE FUEL PRESSURE.

we are spraying a 175 shot,the car pulls 1.5 60 fts and has ran 7.03 @ 102 mph
in the 1/8,but that is launching at 4500.we have 26x10x15,the
first time we lauched at 6500 we broke both axles,but we are up grading the axles now.
the car should run 10's in the 1/4 easy.

the car weighs in at 1580 w/o driver and 1810 w/driver.

we are going for a 6 sec 1/8 pass sunday wish us luck.

 

I ran the nozzle without a jet in it, i hear its about 250 shot, but i'm not sure...
it lasted well into 3rd gear, then put 14 holes in the block... i never thought a D15 could be that fast on a stock block.. it was freakin fun too...

for the record, i did this with the intention of blowing the motor because i already had the new motor ready to be swapped in, and thought id have some fun before the old motor is gone..
