if you torqued down the pan already unevenly its probably slightly warped or the pan seal is bad someplace (not very common, they hold up well and I always reuse them).

you should take a pic of the turbo feed and return for us, and it would probably be a bunch of help.

are you using a hose clamp for the oil feed line ? if so, I would check the clamp itself, it may have seized up from overtightening.

Get a stainless steel teflon based line, better peace of mind than hose clamp. If your clamp gave out, oil will squirts out of the line leaving your motor and turbo straving for oil

its more like a metal clamp not a hose clamp that when loosened lets me move where the oilr return is .. like instead of coming straight down i can turn it a little to comout like 45 degree. what is the procedure for installing the oil pan gasket. i mena bolt tourque and pattern? can i reuse the new one i just put in or is it now shot since it is leaking really bad?

Make sure you apply a good bead of RTV sealant when putting on the oil pan. DO NOT BREAK THE BEAD at any point on the gasket. It will more than likely leak anywhere where the bead has a gap.
