Default baffle inside oil return line for turbo

i'm having a problem with my turbo i have blown the seals 3 times and i think the problem is cuz the oil is not draining fast enough and is blowing the seals, and the reason is i'm getting oil thrown back into the oil return hole. i disconected the oil return line with the car running for about 20 seconds and oil was spewing out of the return fitting on the oil pan, i don't know if this is normal, but i think since i have that pressure coming from the return fitting it is holding the oil from draining back quick enough, would it be a good idea to weld a baffle in front of the return hole to keep the oil from throwing back?

as long as the turbo is above the level of the oil in the pan yuou shouldnt really have an issue. if it sits lower, you will need a pump.

whats the feed setup like? do you have a restrictor?

i removed the oil pan and weld it a baffle in front of the drain hole and put back toguether then i started it up and the only thing that came out was crancase pressure (air) but no oil , before some oil would come out , i hope that fixes the problem even though there is crankcase pressure i hope that it doen't hold the oil back from draining to the oil pan.
