How many PSI on a stock F22 engine??
you are boosting the oddysee motor? cool! a boosted van...i'd say the stock block can take 8-10 psi regularly, push it to 12 on occasion (track events etc)
sleeve and build. do not use a block guard! sleeving will take care of things and block guard cause more problem than they solve. Decent rods like eagle or crower matched with some good 8.5:1 or 9.0:1 pistons is a very good idea as they will take far more than the oem parts. On a stock engine, 10# is not unheard of (I'm running 8#) but there is nothing wrong with being conservative till you have a built unit. a port and polish is always a good idea but not essential.
