Default '00 B16 into EK coupe tomorrow

ok, the old motor is out and we have started using the wireing harness that came with the '97 coupe. one problem we have run into is the crank angle sensor has a 2 wire plug on the B16 and the OBD2 wireing harness we're using has a 3 wire plug. im sure if i splice 2 of the 3 wires together it will work i just dont know which 2 to use because the colors dont match up. by the way, we are going with the jdm type R ecu. any other wireing problems you guys can think of feel free to enlighten me on because this thing is goin in tomorrow around noon. thanks.

if there is a shield over the wires cut it off and then match up the 2 wires that match in color and tape off the 3rd. that is how i did the wiring on my 00 B16 swap into 96 ek.
