i have a 2000 ek gsr hatch....i was wondering if i could use the internal parts (GUTS) of the sohc v dizzy and put it in a b16 dizzy?

 

maybe the coil and module, not sure about the harness

 

you can use most of the internal's iam sure.... the harness is the same.... the shafts will be different tho.. so define guts...

 

well for the harness part i was going to repin the wires onto my b16 clip

 

why? it should work.....

 

well the sovc v dizzy harness clip is smaller then the b16 one thats why i have to repin the clip in order to fit it on my engine harness side

 

that makes no sense, cause a ex harness plugs right into a b series dizzy... so you got me lost my friend

 

ok i have a 00 gsr ek hatch i installed a 00 sohcvtec harness that came off a bone stock civic automatic and the distributer clip is smaller than the b16 and i should know that because i own a 99 si coupe also and the b16 distributer clip is bigger

 

well i have a type r coupe and i did no mods to my engine harness or engine to plug in my single cam engine harness, so i have no clue what your talking about
