when starting my engine cold my idle goes up to 1500rpm. it should drop down to normal idle when the engine is in normal temp. just recently it wont go back to normal idle it just stays at 1500rpm even the engine is in normal temp what should i do/check? my car is 00 civic sir. Thanks.
