Default How do I check ECU code...?

I did a hold lot of search but still no luck. Like the topic says how do i check the ecu code for my 99 civic ex?

search!!! there have been so many posts about this lately. You take the kick panel off on the passenger side footwell of your car and short the ecu code thing with a paperclip or something similar. Your check engine light will flash and show you what number code you have.

what the hell is the kick panel? is it the thing that covers the ecu?

codes were: 67 or 68 and 92

67 is catalyst error I believe. you have a test pipe on an obd2 car?

who knows where the Evaporative Emission Control System is located at on a 99-00 Civic EX? I cant find it what so ever..

The E.E.C.S. is right next to where you fill up the headlight fluid at.

yes a straight pipe and a test pipe are the same thing. I have this code too because of my test pipe. I'm getting an obd1 conversion so that should take care of it.
