Default wut's the limit of stock engine?

hello, wut's the limit of stock type R engine?
i mean if people wanna boost it, like turbo or NOS, wut's the limit of the stock engine?

in which range, the engine will still be save and reliable, and at the same time we can enjoy the sound of the blow off valves?
