if someone can let me know the safe and the limits for the boost on and b16a2 with stock internals, i have looked but found nothing exact.also people are telling me that with out internals detination is definitly in the near future. i have the turbo kit, i just want the real facts before i go to town.thanks

 

there is no exact #. it depends on tuning and what condition the engine was in b4 the turbo was added. most people run under 10lbs safely. 250whp out of a stock b16 is no uncommon.

 

if your motor is not shot now low boost should be fine for it

 

its has about 50,000 miles on it, so your saying it should hold up to like 7-8 psi, if the engine is tuned correctly and the turbo is installed right.? also how long do you think the engine will last?

 

i'm running 10psi on a T3T4e 60trim .63AR Garrett turbo.....on a stock GSR w/ 58k on the ticker

depends on driving habits and a ton of other things

just boost that tourqeless monster already lol
