Default which ACT clutch for my setup??

just ordered a 94 b18c1 swap for my 92 civic hb. this are what im planning to do..
skunk2 manifold, aem cai, jdm dc 4-1, 2.5 custom piping, clutchmaster 7.5 flywheel, vafc, some cams (not decided), maybe valve springs.. wondering which ACT clutch you guys reccomend for my setup. i dont want anything to harsh like a act 6 puck. any reccomendation? thanks. oh. one more question, does a clutchmaster flywheel work with a act clutch? cause i heard some flywheels arent compatible with certain clutches. TIA

If I were you...I'd get a Street Disc with Heavy Duty pressure plate.

Not too harsh, but yet, still grabs very well.

I have in my b18c hatch and it feels fine.

Not sure what the difference between Heavy Duty and the Extreme pressure plates are... I think just pedal pressure...some one correct me please.

Yep, I agree. Part # AI4-HDSS. Should do the trick well.

I've heard lots of bad things about ACT clutches. I'm not 100% sure but I think their street setup clutches are actually remanufactured stock clutches. I'd look into a different clutch company. I'm using clutch masters Stage4 clutch, and lightened flywheel. The car grabs real well, and revs wonderfully. I'd really recommend Clutch Masters.

My friends tranny got ruined by an ACT clutch, and the car only had 51,000 miles on it. Go with Clutchmasters, I've heard they are better on your transmission.

Heard this heard that. Ruined this, broke that.

When will you guys understand that rumors suck and you guys are thinking that high performance engines are going to last 500,000 miles on 1 oil change.

Go do a search on ACT or Clutchmasters, I'll bet you find equal amount of bitching about this or that.

clutch masters are remanufactured stock clutches as well. I've had both ACT and Clutchmasters, no complaints about either of them

I htkn that the extreme PP/street disk works VERY well on a boosted application. The PP makes for very strong grab, yet the street disk is still not extremely rough on your drivetrain. I am running an ACT stage 2 right now on a D16Z6 with bolt-ons. I plan on upgrading to an extreme PP with a street disk once I put my turbo motor in.
