Default Exedy organic and ceramic clutch differences?

Anyone know the differences of these 2 clutches?
Is it a lot heavier on the pedal feel?
Too overkill for only i/h/e and no race events?
Anyone has this with the flywheel combo and how do you like urs?

Only reason i am considering this is that i could get this clutch and Exedy flywheel for $580.

The Exedy ceramic would be overkill if you don't plan on racing. I currently have the Exedy organic and it held up to 75-shot nitrous pretty well. The pedal feel is slightly firmer than stock. It appears that the clutch disc itself is same as OEM and that the pressure plate is more heavily sprung. But for auto-x, I'd rather have the ceramic disc.

Is the ceramic much heavier than the organic?
So for daily driving it would be out of the question?
I do 80% city driving....

For your setup you should only be thinking about the orgainc, you have no need for the ceramic one. The organic plate is supposed to support up to 300hp.

driven both...

organic is a heavier-feeling clutch that maintains stock-like ease of driveability. nice addition to the stock ex motor.

ceremetallic-pretty beefy feel at the pedal. i definitely wouldn't want to drive this clutch with wet shoes or in uphill traffic. it has a very definitely release point, and anything below that is vibrations and clutch chatter. holds great on the turbo ls.

Just get the organic. Trust me, I live in SF also. You'll appreciate the drivability of this clutch when you are stuck in the hills during stop and go traffic.
