Please Help!!!!! Need question answered Quick!!!!

I have a 96 Civic EX with B18c5 turbo installed.

My question is I just installed new injectors and now my fuel pump and SAFC-II dont seem to be getting any power!!!!! I need to solve this problem tonight! Everything else seems to be fine, fuses and I also jumped the CEL code wire and no codes! When I turn the key everything seems to be fine just I dont hear my fuel pump and the SAFC-II will not turn on!

main relay maybe?

if its the main relay will my radio and all that still turn on? Everything turns on even all my interior lights and everything, except AFC and fuel pump!
