What is the ideal A/F ratio for a turbo Honda. I will be going to the dyno(wideband) soon and would like to know what a/f ratio I should shoot for. I was thinking around 12:1-12.5:1. Does this sound ideal?

 

Always heard 12.5 was the goal.

 

I like to see 11.5-12.0 A/F ratios at full boost whenever possible!

 

Another question I have is if I tune the car to 12.5:1 during 95+ degree weather, how much would the a/f ratio change in the winter when it is in the 40's and 50's?

 

for a daily driven turbo car, somewhere between 11.5:1 and 12.3:1

 

I tune it a little richer just to be safe, it will lean out some , enough to almost get ya into trouble if you're boosting the same level in cold conditions. IMO I'd retune the thing when it gets colder, or just use common sense and richen it up another 5-8% or so.
