Default Ok to use lower compression ratio ?

I am planning on doing a GSR swap into my civic with future plans to turbo it. I want to know if it is OK to build the bottom end now, sleeved with a 9:1 or 9.5:1 compression ratio , without running the turbo kit ? Would I need to get it tuned or would a regular ECU be able to run it right ? And would it still be suitable to drive as this is my daily driver ? Any info or insight would be great !!!

you dont have to worry about anything. only thing is, your going to lose a bit of go power untill you slap that turbo on.
