Default 6th Gen/B18

How much should I expect to pay for a full changover?
Does the B20 bolt in just like the B18?

Also, Forgot to add this. Will a B18 tranny bolt to a B20? I am in the process of aquiring a Type R tranny and putting the LS 5th gear in it.

Good, then I will be doing a B20/S80 w/ a 5th from an LS with a LSD. Whoa yeah baby, spendin' money.

Which B20 (want the torque) is DOHC VTEC?

You have to make the B20 VTEC with a headswap. It is exactly like the LS/VTEC swap. The only way you can buy a B20 VTEC assembled is if you get it from Feels in Japan.

Did some studing last night and found out some things:
1. If the car stays leagal it has to have same year or newer engine.
2. The torque difference between the B20Z (the only B20 I can put in my car) and the B18C1 is 5lbs.

Doesn't seem worth my trouble to just get 200cc of dis. might as well buy an engine from JUN.

Hey, just wait a couple months. They're supposed to be doing a 2.4L VTEC in the new CR-Vs, aren't they?

It'll be interesting to see what comes about with that engine.

Yup but, I want to be street legal....I mean California street legal. And I believe that modifying the engine mounts is not CA legal. Correct me if I am wrong, since I am putting together a list and hopefully putting up a website dedicated to CALIFORNIA LEGAL PARTS and MODS for hondas....and maybe others.

But how heavy is that sucker gonna be? If it weighs too much, say goodbye to your handling...
