Default Possible blow headgasket?

I am not sure what the problem is so I am turning to the more experienced.
When I drive my car and boost on it (sohc vtec running 6 psi) I will open the hood after a run and my coolant overflow is almost full and my hoses are firm like they are pressurized.

And this is in a 1990 crx si with stock radiator and stock cap. I am clue less. And it kinda scares me.

When my head gasket was bad, the coolant would overflow into the reservoir tank. Check you exhaust for a fine white smoke or do a compression test. This should tell you.
