Default R&R differential bearings and speedo gear (MistaBone again?)

This question is in regards to installing a new differential (Quaife LSD).

Am I correct in the assumption that removing and replacing the noted items requires a press. (I do have access to one but just wanted to ask)

Is it possible to remove the old differential bearings and then install then on the new differential without damaging them? (My gut feeling is that it's not worth the risk.)

When installing the speedometer gear on the new differential, should it be heated in the oven first or just use a press to put it on?
