how do you mean? trim the rubber seals? or the smaller seals on top of the injectors?

I had to bore my stock ring just a little to fit it in.. the rubber seal on the manifold.

Just get a dremel with a sand bit and take some off until the dsm seal fits good in the hole. Be sure to do this with the intake manifold off the car, and clean out very well. (I used a spare manifold to do this).

You need to open the stock intake manifold seals VERY slightly, a little at a time, until the injectors fit tightly. Then, pressure test the manifold to make sure they're not leaking.
