Fuel Injector Fitment........DSM 450's
Are the DSM 450s a direct replacement for the stock 240cc injectors in my GSR or will i have to do something to get them to fit?

they should fit perfectly...i think you did a balast resistor or something of the sort. get some vasoline to lube the o-rings. You don't want to tear an o-ring do you

They fit perfectly not including the o-rings.
I dremeled the stock honda o-rings out just a bit and used some oil to press them in.

On my blue tops, you have to bore out the rings that go into the IM, and slide onto the injectors. And also shave down a tab on the injector so the stock clips snap on.
Plus the resistors, yes.
