Default My Idle is fluctuating...Please help!!

I just got my LSVTEC done with Endyn 11.3:1 pistons, CTR cams, B17A head, FPR, and all the other stuff. I'm currently running stock RC cleaned injectors and the FPR is set to 44 psi. I have a 93 GSR P61 Mugen programmed ECU with the vtec solenoid and oil pressure switch wired up. I didn't use the knock sensor so I just grounded that wire to the ECU. I have no CELs right now. I don't know what it is, but after warming up the car, and I'm at a stop, my idle fluctuates between 1000-1500 rpms. And before I come to a stop and I depress the clutch and I go to neutral, the rpms go down to 1000 rpms and then it go right back up to 1500 rpms and then VERY SLOWLY back down. Then it may fluctuate and sometimes it doesn't fluctuate. I checked all the vaccum lines and they look ok. Any ideas on what it could be? I need some input. Thanks in advance for your help.

Its really hard to say, because your car is so far from stock. All i can suggest is check your valve clearances. Also, have you set the idle? with the iacv unplugged?
