Default safe b18a revlimit

Ok im not a retard that wants to raise my revlimit. I have a 90 b18a and plan on running a large turbo with alot of lag. My question is that if i had cams and nothing else and kept making power past the 6900 fuel cut what is safe limits of the ls head? Sorry I know this isnt an allmotor question but I know you guys know alot more about headwork than turbo guys. Thanks.

I talked with a guy with a b18b w/ large turbo and he was telling me he reved his stock head to 7500 on the dyno every run. I was just wondering if that was actually safe and what others thought. Anyone else?

Im a noob when it comes to headwork, what is needed to safely raise the redline? Just springs and or valves? If not what else?

mine was a stock head. the only difference between b18b and b18a head are the cams and intake manifold, and the differences are not big.
