d15b (jdm vtec) stock block retard timing. same as a d16z6 ~ 125hp
TD04 turbo
DSM g1 intercooler and BOV.
hallman manual boost controller(just set to 7.5 psi)
Ford 310cc injectors + fields controller / afc hack
E-cut (not installled yet) I'm hoping this will help out alot.

Gauges: EGT / A/F / Boost


My goal is 200 hp, I was around 160 with 5 psi. no cutout. I think my stock 's/dx' exhaust and cat was killing me. I figure install the cutout before the cat and bump but the boost.

Let me know what you think.

 

you would be close if you got 450s and the cutout and tuned it to 10 psi.

 

is 10 psi what it takes to get a sohc to 200hp?

 

usually 12 does it. 12 for sure... and who cares if you blow it up? thos motors are what 300 bucks?

 

maybe I should be looking for 200hp at the fly wheel ;-)

 

I made 205whp on 6psi....so dont say it cant be done

 

I'd go Hondata if you're looking for 200whp out of that kinda set-up.

 

i wouldnt really say that matters....i did it with afc hack, 450's and dsm fuel pump, stock fpr
