Default holy insanity at the track tonite... major issues omghi2u!!1 help!1

ok first run.... insane wheel spin through first 3 gears... 16.8 @ 98 NO COMMENT K.

anyway... next run i actually lauchn normally 2 step it and pull a 2.15 on azenis... nice? or so i think..... 3/4 way down track a radiator hose goes BOOM and FLIES off... theres COOLANT EVERYWHERE ITS ALL OVER THE WINDSHIELD LOL OH NOES!!11 Anyway... so basically the car dies etc... etc.. not too strange to me since theres coolant everywhere and all this nonsense... i start it and it barely runs... i throw code 16 (fuel injector). SO basically... i take out the spark plugs and they are wet like natasha (see jonoknut) anyway... i drive the car it drives on 3 cylinders... it smokes like ALL HELL. i drove it for 20 miles so i know it drives okay... so im fairly certain i didnt crack a sleeve bceause last time i cracked a lseve and it died at hte end of thrack and now i have home video about it etc... so basically i think i blew a headgasket ( car drivfes and over heats HEAVY COOLANT / OIL MIXTURE ) smokes like all hell. if i cracked a sleeve i dont think it would even drive? im taking the head of tomorw and doing some multimeter tests to find out which injector is bad.

btw ran a 14.2 @ 80mph. it would have been a low 13 second run.

If your coolant hose blew off there must have been a lot of presure in ur coolant system. There shouldnt be enough presure to blow hoses off unless ur getting blow by. Id say ur pistons/ringlands....sumthin of that sort. Do a compresion test.

Post some pics when you get that head off! I would like to see what it looks like. Did you happen to do a compression test after all of that fun before you drove the 20miles?

Heres a for hoping that all goes the least expensive route to getting back on the road!

Damn!! Sorry to hear that. man, life is so unpredictable. hope he's able to get back on his feet again. BTW, why did he sell his entire turbo setup? giving up? a stock ls block usually only runs between $200-$600.

yeah, sam can be a very unpredictable person. He's selling his car and getting something reliable, basically he's out of the game and he will only be vindicated through his car friends. His next car of choice, well... i'll leave it up to him to publicise it to HT, but i'll give you a hint, think 10 year 100k mi. warrenty

I dont know why he doesnt just ditch the turbo...**** 200k on a Honda, and its just breaking in That is unless its been tampered/w. Ie, boosted, or rev'd to 10k all the time...
