Default need clutch help, shift fork will not disengage

at first i thought it was the master cylinder or slave cylinder, so i replaced those. now that they're bled, i've noticed my shift fork will not disengage the clutch. at to top it off, a small chunk of the transmission casing broke off around the shift fork. could my shift fork be broken, slipped loose, or my clutch is screwed up somehow? i replaced the transmission this time last year and it's been fine up until this past week.

i can still manually shift the gears from atop the transmission while the car is off, but it's not really driveable in that condition. does anyone have any suggestions?

and info on the parts: brand new master cylinder and slave cylinder. replaced the rubber hose section 2 months ago, replaced the transmission and clutch last august. i'm using an ACT XTSS clutch.

So you can shift when the car is off but when the car is running it gets stuck in gear?? If so, when it is stuck in gear...does it drive like an automatic tranny car??
If so, sounds like you have the same problem I did.

I never found out the issue though. The guy who worked on my car replaced it with another tranny I bought just in case. I think the ****** lied to me too and just kept my old tranny. He just said it was bad and never let me even look at it.

my tranny will shift thru the gears if the car is rolling. something is wrong with the fork or the throw out bearing.
