Default VAFC for turbo?

setting up the fuel management on a fmax turbo kit 7-9 psi T3/T4 with just DSM injectors and a VAFC.
I know this is not a great setup, but I don't have the money for a full EMS, so I want your opinion, should I stick with bothering with the MF2 , and tap into the fuel line and wiring the POS MF2, or just go the seemingly much simpler way with just injectors and a VAFC. Is this even possible?
EDIT: I just did a search, and it seems that a lot of people use the VAFC hack, but how safe is this?

The F-Max should come with the extra MAP sensor that the MF2 runs off of. You wire that up, plug the extra injectors off of the MF2 (which can run up to 8) and have it dyno tuned in 3D. Simple, effective, efficent. As I've said before, my brother is running high 12's using the MF2. Maybe not the *best* setup but it works well and is *alot* better in my mind then doing the V-AFC hack. That's using something as it wasn't designed to be used. Using the MF2 is using something that was designed to work that way

do you have a VAFC? if not, i'd buy a hondata s200 w/ boost and get that tuned instead.
