Default V-AFC... "hack"?

Well, i'm in the process of buying a V-AFC, and while i've been searching and reading i keep coming up on people preforming a V-AFC hack. What does that mean when refering to hack? Is it another way to run the V-AFC? or is it one of it's functions? Most of the people talking about it are in the forced induction forums. Why is that? Thanks for the info.

VAFC hack is used to run larger injectors so that a sufficient amount of fuel is being dumped under boost to keep the mixture from leaning out. basically it's another way of fuel management using a vafc and 440 injectors instead of going full standalone or using any other bandaid method. for all motor u will most likely have no use for the vafc hack
