i have two problems today, so sit down and have a
is it possible for the intercooler piping to not hold boost? at first i thought my wastegate was not holding boost, but after a few drinks and replacing it, it seems like i am still not holding boost. should i get the piping welded rather than using the rubber connectors that i am using now?

yeah, i havent looked at the car but it seems like your problem is a leak somewhere in the wastegate and/or one of the boost lines. but ill be there in the morning, ive got my plane ticket in hand and we are going to fix that assshit.
just some silicon material ones that i bought from a local guy along with the clamps, he was running on his 4th gen car that he put back to stock. how could i pinpoint the leak?
EDIT: the car is a 1990 honda acura

what the hell is going on here? Why are you replying to yourself? Why the hell do you keep calling your car a "Honda Acura"?
And why the hell are you running OEM exhaust on boost?
Sounds like you need to step away from the
for a little while and get your ducks in a row.

replying to myself? sdorry, i share my accoutn with my brother up in va, because niether of us post too much...
honda acura? well what do you tink it is?
the OEM exhaust is still there only for lack of funds, friend. i bought the setup as a 'kit' from a local guy for a steel, i know that it is robbing power. i dont avhe any spare change whatsoever to spend, i have bills :-( i have made a post about my setup not holding boost before but it was locked..
i dont think vacuum would have too much to to with it, it just doesnt build boost like it used to :-) one thing i don't know is if the dsm turbo is internal or external wastegate, will i have to get a rebuilt or newturbo if the wastegate turns out to be bad? hwo do i check to see which connector isnt holding buoost, if it is in fact a connecter?
too many drinks day after ay= un corrected typos

first what is a honda acura, and to answer one of your questions all stock dsm turbos are internally wastgated and if the wastegate is bad the you can have it rebuilt.
