Default Spoon cams?

i have a 99 si with a j's racing intake and greddy evo, exedy clutch, and an act flywheel. i ran 15.5 with those mods and i was wondering what times i can expect with spoon cams? i was going to buy ctrs but i came across a good deal for the cams.

I can't say how much they will improve your times, however I can tell you this. The Spoon cams are a pretty mild cam, similar to a Skunk2 Stage 1 with larger non-vtec lobes. They provide excellent midrange gains from everything I've gathered....but that's all I can add.

The Spoon's are a "slight" bit higher then Skunk2 Stage 1's. I would work on other things before this though. How about a good header and cat perhaps? Tuning? Maybe driver improvement?

yeah you should def get atleast a header b4 you get some cams but if its a really good deal and you cant pass up then ok
