i would say try mixing and matching cams....to me spoon does make SOME good products but not all are worth the money....ive heard of some people mixing some good combos .....like a jun type II intake cam with an itr exhaust cam...just a suggestion

Spoon cams are priced comparitively with Toda and really aren't much more expensive.
They are mild cams, but it is still possible to get good results from them. We had posted a dyno of a 190whp engine running Spoon cams awhile ago.
They are pretty decent... because they aren't as aggressive, these cams should pass most emissions tests and don't require significant valvetrain upgrades. Reliability is excellent as a result. But if you want 200whp+, then they aren't for you.

i heard they are just a tad bit more aggresive then type r cams so they aent really worth the big cost as someone stated earlyer if you want 200+whp they arent the best nor are they intended for drag racing
