spoon cams
i know a guy who got some in his GSR. no tuning, just dropped em in. he was running them just with an CAI intake i think. he was smashing my friends civic with a JDM b18c. although i think the best he could run at the track was like 14.5-6 or something like that. worth the 1200 he spent?....i dont know. maybe if he tuned em properly.

spoon cams are very mild. there arent for making peak hp figures. they are more of trying to get fat midrange and have good reliabity in the motor.
if you want mild cams you can get toda spec a's,
http://www.todaracing.com/products/h...camshafts.html
skunk2 stage 1's,
http://www.skunk2.com/
or one of our cams
ef-1.com
It depends upon what you are trying to do.
drag race? road race? just street?
what kind of motor is this going into? ls/vtec, b18c5? 1.8? 2.0? post more details on your budget and what you want to accomplish.
there are many good camshafts out there, just depends on what you want.

i have a b18c1,cai,jdm itr pistons, jdm 4-1 header, itr valve springs, excedy clutch, chipped p28. Its running 14 sec flat on a consistant basis (on street tires) and my goal to run high 12's. I know i need new suspension cause my H&R race springs on some dead stock struts just wont cut it.
