I just swapped my M2A4 for a M2B4 LSD trans, now when I drive the car when accelerating or decelerating, i get a shudder from drivetrain.
It almost feels like I have a bad axle, but It drove fine with the old tranny.
Could it be a bad LSD??
Heres my setup:
EG hatch
90-93 Integra axles
90 Accord int shaft
Hasport mount kit

The H22A transmission with LSD is wider at the differential and is causing your passenger side axle to bind because it is too compressed. Call someone like Raxles, Driveshaft shop or Hasport to get the correct size axle.

Can I make one?? Like maybe an 86-89 shaft with a 90-93 inner?? Like the CRX custom B16A axle?? You know what I mean...something with a shorter axle shaft itself...
I also have JDM H22A axles as well, can I use these for parts?
If the diffs are different widths, why doesn't anyone mention this before hand??!
How about an Integra Type R axle...

try 89 teg axle it's a little shorter.

I have the same problem with my hybrid 4th gen I have shuddering problems. And as far as the bucking it does leave off regular I sometimes have to give it a little throttle before I pull off cause it shudders . And it makes noises like its fighting with itself what can it be Its a h22a with a quaife limitedslip differential and it has accord axles on it. Could one of em be busted that would cause it to do this?

I just got my H22 EG swap done and I have the LSD tranny. My axles from driveshaft shop were the wrong length (both) so they sent me a new set. There is still a slight vibration, but its not bad really.

 

I'm going to try an 86-89 Integra axle shaft with the JDM Prelude inner joint...I will keep you posted on the results.

This is why I'm pretty sure my axles are too long....I've got the exact same symptons.

Does the car kind of jerk and rock back and forth like something is binding in the drivetrain when you try to reverse?

Take your DSS axles and Ebay em.
