Maybe it's my experience but I have seen this happy quite a bit with Turbonetics turbochargers. Everything has problems though.

How is your oil return? Is it a 10An line, and does it go straight down back into your oil pan with no kinks, and/or dips in the line???

Also, what size oil feed are you using? -3an seems to work the best.

i know i am a noob and what do i know, but when you finish bolting on the turbo do you take out the spark plugs and crank the car? i know people do that to get oil to the turbo b4 they start to break it in.

maybe this is kinda dumb but, do you have a turbo timer, or do you just sit in the car after your drives like i do? or do you do neither?

The bumps MIGHT be causing a oil flow problem.. the oil is like blood for the turbo. needs it!
