Default Oil in exhaust port?

What could cause oil leakage in the exhaust port but valves are not bent? Could that be a bad valve guid seal?

Even though the valves are not bent, the valve guides could be leaking.

Could be poor oil ring control. (oil can get sucked up past the pistons rings on the intake stroke)

This is what my machinist told me. The block is brand new and hasn't even been broken in yet. It has 0 miles since rebuild. I have only been able to get it to idle and not very well. The plugs were extremely fouled and #3 was wet with what I thought was gas untill I took the head off and realized it was oil. I think it's just do to the fact that the engine is not broken in yet and the clearance with je pistons is supposed to be twice as big as recomended due to the expansion rate of the piston. I just hope that I put the rings the right side up. I am 99.5% sure on this.

You need to get on the motor then to break in the rings.

no, don't get on a motor to break it in. Take it for a nice long freeway drive.
