Resleeve, pistons/rods, all new bearings, head studs, and on and on. It depends on how much power your looking to make.

tell your boudy if he want to comfortably run 15lbs he is goin to have to sleave it with pistons and rods, and some good fuel managment..... u might beable to get buy with just pistons and a amazing tuner but the chanses of it lasting very long for street driving are slim to non...

Gotta love turbo DA's

How strong is his engine? A compression/leak down will give a good indication. 8-10psi would be alright on the LS engine, anymore than that on an older stock engine won't give him the "no problem" engine at 15psi he's lookin for. If so, go with the sleeves and the forged internals.

Tell your friend if he doesnt know what he needs then he doesnt need to run 15psi . Is it me or or does it seem like everyone just wants to run 15 +psi, but Oh wait how do i do that? Research and then spend $ its the best way to go. Unless your friend is $ tell him this hobby isnt cheap.
