Default D16y7 pistons and rods

i'm planning on turboing my D16y7 pretty soon, and was also looking into putting in new pistons and rods. i've heard alot of people on here talk about the vitara pistons and fj rods. do any of you know if they are any good? i've never heard of them before, but alot of their stuff seems to be focused towards the D's. i'd like to hear what you guys think.

For more detailed info on fjt rods and vitara pistons, head over to turbod16.com. they have a lot of people running 300+whp on those setups. from user feeback over there, I gather they are a very good value if you don't want to shell out for eagle rods and brand-name pistons. they are not a forged piston, though they seem to handle the stress very well.

Im using vitaras in my set up and so far so good. There are set ups out there pushing high 3 to 400 hp at the wheels.
