ive been told cp are the best you can buy, and for rods, crower makes some real nice ones, or if you dont plan on running too much boost you can go for eagle rods, they are cheaper.

i'm looking into some pistons and rods too...right now i can a b16a but im trying to find a bare b18b block. thats what im putting the pistons/rods into. I dont know about pistons but i have also been told that crower are very good.

any brand rod as long as it's forged should be fine.

WRONG!!!!!!!!
Endyn Rollerwaves ARE the best. HANDS down. they can give you about 10-15 more wheel power on average above any other piston.
Hell they(cp and other manufacturers) don't even take the sharp edges off their pistons. pistosn are NOT suppsoed to have ANY sharp edges in the combustion chamber areas. not even in the valve releifs. it causes heat spots and thus promotes detonation. Endyn are the only "properly" prepaired pistons as well as their design is totally 100% unmatched.
Endyn Rollerwaves ARE the best. HANDS down. they can give you about 10-15 more wheel power on average above any other piston.

its really hard to take 10 minutes and prep the pistons yourself
