b18c1 question
I am in the process of purchasing a 00' teg gs-r and I know to look for the engine code on the block, I checked it out and what I noticed was the block said 18c1 I really couldnt see the "b" very well. Do think this may be a problem, the valve cover says Vtec DOHC i just wanted to run it by you.. Thanks alot

there is only one 18C1 in the B series family. if it has a GSR intake manifold, that is attached to the only head it can fit on being the P72, and the block stamp says C1... than hmm. chances are good that its a GSR motor.
