Need 35psi + how???

You'll probably need at least a 15-20lb spring to get 35psi out of it. Try cranking the adjusting bolt all the way in and see how much it makes.
Do you have a computer that will read to 35psi? If you have a regular ecu with a 3 bar map sensor, then at anything over 30psi you will be running on the same row of cells. This means the same fuel at 30psi and 35psi. Which means if you tune for 30psi and run 35psi, you get to change you pistons!

how do you knwo what size spring to run for what kidna boost ? i have the .65 bar in mine now . but wanna go in the 20's with it soon , how do you know what size spring to use
The last car i dynoed with a profec b and 35mm tial with a 9psi spring, only made 20psi with the profec all the way up. It depends on the wastegate. Some wastegates have bigger diaphrams and will hold more boost than others with the same spring rate.
