bogging, stuttering...
explain your problem more thoroughly. when I think bog like that, I think what does the idle sound like, have you checked the valve clearances, what is the timing set at, when were the plugs last changed. if you run lean, the plugs will turn white however they will not last as long as well. check your timing belt for improper slack and TDC@TDC. if all else fails, get a compression test or leak down test done. if your exhaust pops and coughs at idle, I would be concerned for my valves being bent.
sometimes it idles rough, sometimes it idles fine. There isn't a set timing, but like every 15-30 seconds it will randomly miss...
if it randomly misses at idle and pops/coughs its due to a compression issue sometimes. other times its ignition. I would have both checked.
Sounds like you may have a weak coil. Remove one spark plug wire from the head and put an adjustable spark tester (cheap) on this wire. Should jump a 3/4" gap easily. Since you probably dont have one, use something metal to connect to wire and lay it on the head 3/4" from metal surface and crank....also try disconnecting the almost worthless A/F gauge from the O2 sensor circuit in case it's affecting this circuit......3gdude
Start by going cheapest first, check your timing, try the plugs/cap and rotor, check your wires to be sure they're not cracked etc. Then get into your coil. I had a hesitation when I put more than 15% throttle and it would randomly feel like it missed at idle and it turned out I had jumped a tooth.

I will re-itterate what I just said. compression tests are cheaper than replacing parts. then go through the ignition components. best way to do that is to swap with a friend of a similar car to troubleshoot. as long as you are very careful.
