Default car STILL bogging/stuttering...

If anyone remembers, a few weeks ago, I had a problem with my car stuttering and bogging if I gave more than partial throttle. Well, I pulled the plugs and all 4 were white. I don't know how long I was running lean. About a month before this problem, I installed one of those semi-useless Autometer A/F guages. It worked well, and always read one or 2 clicks rich under WOT. When ever the car stutters or bogs (under more than about 1/2 throttle), the guage goes crazy. Anyway, I replaced the fuel filter and all the plugs and ran some injector cleaner, but it still bogs...I don't know what it could be...my friend is coming over tonight and we are gonna swap O2 sensors to see if its the problem. Does anyone have any other ideas? Should I reset the ECU too?

-Andrew

haven't done that, I'm gonna take apart the cap and rotor and also check to see if the timing is off. How often do u replace the cap and rotor? Also, is it a spark problem or a fuel problem, cuz the plugs were white, so it sounds like a fuel problem...

UPDATE: I replaced the cap and rotor (very bad looking too), but still the problem is not solved. It still seems to be a fuel problem. I'm resetting the ECU right now, and about to install the PCV valve that I've had laying around for a few months, but I don't expect it to fix the problem. I ran injector cleaner in a full tank, and I'm down to less than a half a tank and it doesn't seem to be fixed. After I replaced just the plugs it ran perfect for the afternoon (about 40-50 miles) then it started doing it again...now when the car is idling I can hear it miss once every 15 or 20 seconds...
