Default Civic HID problem

Ok here goes... I just got the CL hid kit, I had it hooked up on one side it worked fine, now I hooked up the other side, and turn the HID's on, It flickerd then turned off... , now it doesnt cut on, what could be the problem???

Edit: I check the fuse box in the engine bay everything is ok.. I didnt have a chance to check inside the car.. If the fuse for the headlight is blown will the parking lights be able to come on?? hmmm

I used the black wire coming from the harness which is the ground right? It worked well until I hooked up the otherside

Replace your left + right lowbeam fuses. Use 20A instead of the stock 10A I believe.

Damn, son, where were your ignitors that they would get water in them?!?! Were you spraying the inside of your hood? My brother has had the S2000 HID kit on his hatch for about four months now and hasn't managed to get a drop of water on them: he cleans his car once a week.
