i want to put new speakers into the front doors of my 95 accord lx but i cant seem to get the doors off. I think i am getting all of the screws out but it still wont come out? does anyone know how to do this? any feedback would be appreciated

 

The bit where the door handle is slides sideways and comes off, thats what had me stumped for a while when i was doing it.

Otherwise everything else was straightforward if i remember right

 

once u have all the screws off..the door "pops" off sorta..u gotta pull on it..but make sure that ALL the screws are out before u start pulling on it

 

U can take it off easy.. but trust me! its a bitch to get it back on!.. i just ran to honda and they put em back on for 8 bucks.. Id go with that.. the lock mechanism is a bitch

 

you just gotta yank on it.....

1. Take off a plastic snap on the right top corner of door panel (#36 pict 1).
2. Take off a screw inside a small plastic cover (#17 pict 2) on the door opener.
3. Twist the white plastic holder that hold a long silver cyclinder rod (door opener, #20/#40 pict 2).
4. Take off a screw inside a small plastic cover on the door handle(#17 pict 1).
5. Take off the miror triangle plastic cover (a lil bit hard to snap).
6. Pops the door panel, there are some plastic locks around the left, right and bottom of door panel.
7. Push up then pull the door panel.
8. Take off some connectors.
9. Take off the speakers
