how do you remove the door panels

how do I remove the door panels in my 95 civic ex coupe?

Remove:
a. Door pocket screw
b. Door handle screw ( then remove door handle cover)
c. Plastic screw where it meets dash when you close it.
c. Pull (the panels are held in by clips)

don't try to pull it off all at once, pull it by sections...... i.e. left, right, top, bottom
