Default A few fuel management questions

okay, sorry if these questions have been covered before, but I can't find anything about my specific situation in the archives. Help is very much appreciated.
I have a b18c1 in a 92 civic cx hatchback. I have pieced together a turbokit. Now i'm wondering about the fuel management. I'm using a turbonetics deltagate, silver spring (7-9psi), I'm turning it down to 7psi, would you recommend for me just to buy the 5-7 spring to be on the safe side?

Please tell me the advantages and disadvantages of following sceinarios:
1.) Integra intank fuel pump, with inline fuel pump (msd), and 12:1 fmu
2.) walbro 255 intank fuel pump, 12:1 vortech fmu
3.) Single Cam (stock) fuel pump, 12:1 vortech fmu

I'm aware that running larger injectors and hondata will provide a much smoother setup, so please don't tell me to do that. As of right now, I don't have the funds for that. With the above settings, please choose the best one, as well as a relatively safe psi to boost at. Thanks.

All three of those scenarios are a problem----no missing link! you'll get a CEL 03 no matter what.

Another alternative is the SMC and 440-550cc injectors. You can run the stock fuel system with this setup easily up to 11-14psi.

I'll have the missing link. thanks for the replies guys.

Zip, I'm sorry, i'm pretty new to forced induction (excuse, i know) but I'm not to familiar with SMC, the site given, was pretty informative, but is it a piggy back system like hondata? Is it adjustable, is it a chip, or is it some device to control? I'm in the bay area, so i'm definatey willing to check it out. Everyone else, need your opinions too!

The SMC works with your exisiting ECU and allows the user full control over fuel delivery at various rpms. Basically, all you need with the SMC is larger injectors to make it work with a FI Honda; no FMU, fpr, or larger fuel pump needed! Click here for more info:

Piggyback systems always use a microprocessor to take over some of the stock ECU's inputs (such as sensors) and outputs (such as injectors)

The Hondata system is not piggyback. It is a reprogrammable stock Honda ECU. No wires are cut to install it.

Hondata = Honda-only standalone.

zip, I tried your links earlier and they didn't work. How do you get 11-14 psi on the SMC, using a GM 2 bar? I rode in a CRX running one the other day, it was much like an AFC hack'd vehicle (of course) for a much better price.

zip, it looks like a wonderful system... cost effective.... but how do you read your adjustments or how do you know if its the right setting(other then dyno tunning), is there a monitor reading device somewhere? is it like the VAFC's?

RJ, still no dice with the DOHC fuel pump huh...
