everyone is saying to use NGK "bcpr7e" and "bkr7e" plugs.
i ran a search and found these to be AUTOLITE plugs. can anyone help???
i did a search here and checked all threads and found no help. i, too, need turbo plugs (-2 heat settings) and am going today to buy them help!!
all the NGK plug numbers listed come up as AUTOLITE. are they the same?

The part number for the bkr7e is 1283. Just call your local performace shop (import or domestic).
The can range anywhere from $2-$4.

part 1283 from advanced auto parts as stated before are the ngk brk7e-11's. I believe i paid 12 bucks for a set of 8. Extra is always good... especially when you are turbocharged and foul out plugs left and right.

THANKS FOR THE HELP, GUYS! me and ryan autry checked and have come to the conclusion that NAPA has a jacked site. all the numbers i ran on their site brought up autolite plugs with those numbers.. yet when we WENT to napa and checked other sites, the part numbers brought up the NGK. oh, well. i was able to fin BCPR7E and went with those. in fact, i gotta' go put them on right now!
my wastegate is only allowing 4lbs of boost. do i still need the plugs?

What type of wg are you running again? If its the deltagate, screw it in so you can increase your boost. If you are misfiring under boost and cannot boost above X psi, then its your spark plug gap giving you the problem most likely.

I'll be trying those soon. Mine have english writing on the boxes, they are not the JDM yo. I guess they will make 5hp less??
The ZFR plugs seems to have a more projected insulator than the BKR or BCPR plugs.

ya i noticed that too. i started using those cuz the bcp* are the stock spec for my 90-91 b18a and zfr* are for anything newer so i figured newer is better, especially with my 95 head.
i just realized that having it more projected would mean less cooling. maybe ill go back to bcpr6e-11..
