the BCPR is the NGK part number for the B non-vtec engines
heat range of 6 is the stock honda plug.
one step colder is 7...
if you see a -## after the part number, it's the plug gap (pregrapped)

I run those in my turbo D. People seem to use both.
I also didn't realize he had a B series, then it is 1 step.
It's 2 step for me (stock is zfr5j's for my D16)
